Prayerfully Speaking

Hope from the Truths of God's Word

Sends forth His Word 1

Many women are quietly hoping that God is willing and able to intervene in their lives. They are thirsty for living examples of answered prayer. They are hungry to discover that God’s Word applies to the broken areas of their lives today.

I am the veteran of one failed marriage and one saved by God. Now, it is my delight to encourage women to entrust their hearts and marriages to His authority and faithfulness. With fierce honesty, humor and a very conversational tone, I share my redemption story to highlight the difference in knowing about God versus experiencing His power to heal the deepest wounds.

Jennifer O. White Speaks on Prayer

Ladies of every age and stage in life will find the courage to be honest with God about their weaknesses as they hear how He has answered my prayers and transformed my mind.

Jesus will come to life as their Helper, Shepherd, Counselor, Provider, and perfect Bridegroom. They will discover Him as a present day Savior and walk away knowing how to pray in agreement with His Word with humility and greater faith.

The following video shares my “God is Able” testimony for weary wives.

In this interview, I share how God used problems in marriage to help me discover how powerful and faithful He is. You will also hear how God taught me to fight for my marriage using the armor He has provided.

Speaking Topics Cropped tight

Find Healing and Hope in God’s Word

Many Christian women are deeply wounded and attempting to hide it. They wonder if very they will ever feel loved. They question if they are strong enough to hold their lives together. They hunger for a real sense of peace and joy. In this message, I share God’s amazing power and love at work in my weaknesses as a woman and a wife.

Participants will:

  • Explore God’s desire to apply His strength to the weaknesses of His children
  • Identify the real enemy of their soul and relationships
  • Recognize God’s power over the evil forces of darkness.
  • Learn how to pray His Word to overcome fears, strongholds, and weaknesses.

Marriage Armor for the Praying Bride

Wives are seldom aware of the intense spiritual battle threatening their dreams of happily-ever-after. It is likely they entered marriage without the benefit of great examples, biblical knowledge and godly mentors. In this message, I share how humility and praying God’s Word changed the course of my marriage.

Each participant will:

  • Practice deploying God’s Word as the Sword of the Spirit
  • See God as her Victorious Warrior
  • Recognize God as her Commander in Chief
  • Invite God to empower her as she battles against temptations and surrenders her will, emotions, and expectations.
  • Learn how to join God in the fight for her marriage.

*A woman who is not currently married will find this teaching can be easily applied to all of her relationships.

God Answers Prayer

The courage to believe God is interested in our lives comes from hearing testimonies of answered prayers. The Bible is filled with evidence that God answers prayer but the prince of this world is at work to distract us from God, His unlimited resources, and His overwhelming generosity.

This message is filled with simple prayers that have been answered by our very faithful God. Participants will discover God’s desire to intervene in their own relationships, finances, health, adoptions, and careers as they hear testimonies of answered prayers. They will also learn the importance of:

  • Praying in faith
  • Praying according to God’s will
  • Praying in Jesus’ name
  • Confessing their sins and forgiving those who sin against them
  • Praying with a humble heart
  • Waiting on God
  • Praying in community with believers

The Healing Power of Adoring God

Many women lack joy and even struggle with depression because they are focused on people instead of God. Who we adore directly affects our spiritual, emotional and physical health.

God promises that peace is the result of keeping our minds on Him (Isaiah 26:3).  This message highlights the importance of focusing our attention on our one true God and away from the little gods of government, flawed human beings, fear and anxiety. Participants will:

  • See God’s trustworthy character throughout the Bible
  • Practice applying the Bible’s promises for peace and health
  • Learn to focus on God in the midst of trials and tragedies
  • Hear testimonies of emotional healing as a result of seeking God.
