Hello there praying, faith-filled friend! I hope your summer has been SO good. We finished up our Authority in Christ online Bible study for women and now we are ready to launch into the next one. We would love for you to join us.

We are diving into Ephesians with Watchman Nee’s classic book: Sit, Walk, Stand. The title of the book describes the process of Christian living and maturity in three words:

Sit – Our Position in Christ (Ephesians 2:6)

Walk – Our Life in this World – (Ephesians 4:1)

Stand – Our Attitude Toward the Enemy. (Ephesians 6:11)

Here are a few of my favorite quotes from the beginning of the book:

  • Christianity begins not with a big DO, but with a big DONE. pg. 14
  • There is no limit to the grace God is willing to bestow upon us. He will give us everything, but we can receive none of it except as we rest in Him. pg. 15
  • Our Christian life begins with the discovery of what God has provided. pg. 17

You can purchase Sit, Walk, Stand with an included study guide for only $3.99 on Amazon.com here. It’s also available at ChristianBook.com at this link. Be sure to get the one with the study guide!

This is a small book with a powerful message. The content is so rich and important we are taking two weeks to study each short chapter.

We will kick off the first teaching on September 11 in our Fresh Strength Facebook Group.

If you are not in the Fresh Strength Facebook group already, we will need to add you. The group privacy settings are very high so you can’t just search for it and join. You will need to add me (Jennifer Odom White) as a friend on Facebook and then I can add you to the group. Click here to find me on Facebook and send me a friend request. You are welcome to unfriend me after we get you into the group.

If you are NOT on Facebook and want to participate in the study, we will upload the Bible teaching videos to YouTube and email you the links.

SIGN UP HERE to participate in the Bible study so we can email you more details and links to the video lessons when they are available.

May God’s mercy, peace, and love cascade over you! Jude 2
